The Hotel Spa Casa Real in Riobamba was a beautiful and serene place to stay. The lush green garden and tropical trees created a amazing atmosphere. The impeccably clean and well-designed bathrooms added a touch of luxury. The staff were kind and accommodating, making us feel welcome and at home. The location, nestled between Quito and Cuenca along the Andes Mountains, was perfect for exploring the fine natural beauty of the area.

The hotel is beautifully designed with a serene garden. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with nice views. Breakfast was delicious with endless real coffee. Staff was super kind and helpful in calling taxis.

Great stay for a romantic escape! the hotel offered an amazing spa experience, and the impeccably designed rooms were a great touch. the location provided easy access to the town center and a good starting point for a journey in the Andes Mountains. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast with fresh juices and local fruits.
The hotel staff was not very helpful in suggesting local activities and restaurants. the hotel's outside area lacked adequate seating and was not well-maintained.
